Ingredients:

• Sugar
• 6 oz of sparkling water
• Gin
• Ice cubes
• Lemon slice
  

Instructions: 

1. Rim your highball glass with sugar.

2. Pour 6 oz of sparkling water into the glass.

4. Add 1 shot of gin, ice cubes, and garnish with a lemon slice.
